A Practice Shaped by Experience

I am a lifelong wellness enthusiast and former fitness instructor whose understanding of health was reshaped through years of catastrophic illness, profound personal loss, and a near-death experience. When conventional medicine offered few answers, I turned inward and toward nature, exploring nutrition, detoxification, nervous system regulation, and holistic therapies to support my recovery.
This lived experience, combined with professional training as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, now guides my work. Today, I support others with empathy and clarity, offering a holistic approach to healing that honors the body’s innate intelligence and each individual’s unique path.

Author & Educator
I'm an author of The Lady Who Talks to Lightbulbs, a memoir that weaves together personal story, self healing, spiritual insight and navigation through loss. The book reflects my belief that healing occurs across body, mind, and spirit, and invites readers to reconnect with themselves, nature, and the intelligence of life.
Through my writing, client work, and educational offerings, I create space for honest conversation around chronic illness, self-care, grief, and what it means to heal in a modern world.
