As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I work with clients to identify nutritional imbalances and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to symptoms. Together, we look beyond diet alone, addressing stress, toxicity, nervous system health, and daily rhythms that impact overall wellbeing.
Recommendations may include nutrient-dense whole foods, targeted supplementation, and supportive practices tailored to your needs, lifestyle, and capacity.
I offer a collaborative, individualized approach to care. Clients are supported through discovery calls, in-depth consultations, and ongoing follow-ups designed to evolve as healing unfolds.

Discovery Call
In this complimentary 15-minute phone call, we’ll talk through what you’re experiencing, what you’re hoping for, and how a personalized, nature-guided approach to nutrition and wellness may help support you.

Step One:
Laying the Foundation
To make the most of our first session together, you’ll complete a few simple intake forms ahead of time. These include a health questionnaire, a three-day food journal, and a short symptom assessment. This process helps me understand your unique body and experiences so we can work together more effectively.

Step Two:
Initial Consultation Process
Your initial consultation takes place over two appointments, allowing time for thoughtful review and a personalized approach.
First Appointment
We’ll meet to review your health history and timeline, discuss your food journal, and explore patterns that help clarify your individual needs and goals.
Second Appointment
During our follow-up session, I’ll share insights gathered from your intake materials and our first conversation. Together, we’ll review a personalized nutritional recommendations plan designed to support your body, lifestyle, and long-term wellbeing.

Step Three: Follow-Up & Ongoing Support
Healing is a process. Some changes may be felt quickly, while others unfold gradually over time.
Follow-up sessions provide space for education, refinement, and continued support as your body responds and your needs evolve.
These visits allow us to adjust your plan, address questions, and track progress in a thoughtful, responsive way. Follow-up sessions can be scheduled individually or as part of three- or six-month support packages. Pricing is discussed together, and options are designed to be accessible and flexible.
