These almond fat bombs are a low-sugar, nutrient-dense snack designed to support stable energy, curb cravings, and provide healthy fats for blood sugar balance. Ideal as a mid-day snack or after meals.

Ingredients
1 stick grass fed butter or 8 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp raw organic cacao powder
¼ cup monk fruit (Lakanto), allulose or organic stevia drops to taste, if desired
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup almond butter
½ cup almond flour
½ cup chopped pecans or other nut
Preparation
Step 1: Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
Step 2: Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until fully blended and smooth.
Step 3: Spoon the mixture into lined mini muffin cups.
Step 4: Refrigerate until firm and set.
Step 5: Store in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy.
Substitutions
• Use coconut oil instead of butter for a dairy-free version
• Swap pecans for walnuts, macadamia nuts, or omit nuts entirely
