About the Recipe
This comforting smoothie supports digestion and blood sugar balance while satisfying sweet cravings with whole-food ingredients.

Ingredients
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
½ cup water
1 green apple, peeled, cored and chopped
2 tbsps almond butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 ½ tsps ground cinnamon
Can be sweetened with several drops organic liquid stevia or monk fruit (Lakanto) to taste, if desired
nutmeg (optional), to taste as garnish
Small handful of ice (optional)
1 to 2 scoops 100% grass fed whey protein powder or other 100% single ingredient protein powder or collagen peptides (optional) > for a more filling option.
Preparation
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Substitutions
• Use pear instead of apple
• Add collagen peptides for protein support
