About the Recipe

This creamy smoothie provides healthy fats and minerals to support energy, satiety, and nervous system balance.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 3 tbs cocoa powder, unsweetened (optional)

  • 2 tbsp. almond meal

  • cinnamon, to taste, Can be sweetened with several drops organic liquid stevia or monk fruit (Lakanto) to taste, if desired

  • ice (optional)

  • (Can be made more filling with added protein powder)

Preparation

Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

Substitutions

• Remove banana for lower sugar
• Add protein powder for meal replacement
