About the Recipe
This creamy smoothie provides healthy fats and minerals to support energy, satiety, and nervous system balance.

Ingredients
1/4 avocado
1 cup almond milk
3 tbs cocoa powder, unsweetened (optional)
2 tbsp. almond meal
cinnamon, to taste, Can be sweetened with several drops organic liquid stevia or monk fruit (Lakanto) to taste, if desired
ice (optional)
(Can be made more filling with added protein powder)
Preparation
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Substitutions
• Remove banana for lower sugar
• Add protein powder for meal replacement
