This antioxidant-rich smoothie supports brain health, digestion, and blood sugar balance while providing protein and healthy fats. Ideal for breakfast or a light meal replacement.

Ingredients
1 ½ cups unsweetened almond, cashew, or coconut milk
¾ cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp protein powder or hydolyzed collagen peptides
1 tbsp (heaping) almond or cashew butter (Can be made higher-fat by adding coconut oil or avocado)
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
Can be sweetened with several drops organic liquid stevia or monk fruit (Lakanto) to taste, if desired
Preparation
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Substitutions
• Use avocado instead of nut butter for higher fat
• Swap blueberries for raspberries or blackberries
• Use coconut milk for higher satiety
