Ingredients
2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and cut into pieces
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
liquid stevia (to taste)
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
handful of raspberries (optional) for garnish
Preparation
Step 1: Add the avocados, almond milk, cocoa powder, stevia, almond butter, and vanilla to a food processor fitted with a metal blade.
Step 2: Process until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
Step 3: Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with raspberries if desired.
Substitutions
• Use coconut cream instead of almond milk
• Swap almond butter for tahini
